Hoping to entice millennial consumers to join its grizzled and grey family, General Motors has fitted a feast of features into its Chevrolet Spark, a small car already skating the roads of 100 nations around the globe. The American Spark will hit US showrooms later this year.
Sold as a cheap, budget friendly choice in distant lands, the American Spark will be much the same as the American person, heavier and more loving of tech and gadgets. In a release, Chevrolet wrote that the Spark was “the perfect urban car… easy to drive, easy to park and easy to own.”
Some of the cooler features it will, uhm, feature are a 7-inch touchscreen for the proprietary Chevy MyLink infotainment system that has Sticher on-demand radio, Bluetooth, navigation and Pandora internet-radio. Relatively speaking, the US Spark will be a real performance beast as well, kicking out 84 horsepower with its 1.2-liter gas engine Seriously though, we shouldn’t kid – this is a car that could easily make next year’s list of 10 cars that improve your chances of getting a car loan.
